Joining an Egressus Club

Membership of an Egressus Club is a local matter, handled by each individual club. The strength of such clubs lies in their activities, not in a bureaucratic membership requirements. Whether club membership is dependent on a fee or is free is a matter for each individual club and its membership.

The purpose of the Central Planning Team (CPT) is to facilitate contacts between clubs and provide either Nova Roman administrators or club organizers with a support and resource structure. It is not the mandate of the CPT to establish rules or regulations for clubs, for given the international nature of the clubs it would be impossible to establish a common charter that meets the requirements of differing collegiate rules and local laws.

It is not the policy of the CPT to publish membership lists of individual clubs, again out of consideration for the autonomy of such clubs to decide matters for themselves. Any membership details that maybe listed will be found on the webpages, blogs or forums of individual clubs that choose to release such information.

In order to apply for membership of an individual existing club, contact should be made with the club organizer, whose details will be on the entry page for that club under the locations section.

If the intent is to establish an Egressus Club, the local Nova Roman administrator for your area should be contacted, and if none is listed the CPT,
