GO ROMAN! Central Planning Team (CPT)

The Central Planning Team of the GO! Roman project can assist prospective members in a location where no Egressus Club currently exists. It is also a resource for organizers of Egressus Clubs in locations where there are no listed local administrators of Nova Roma. 

All other inquiries should be addressed to the Egressus Club contact listed on the relevant club information page or to one of the local Nova Roma administrators.

Local Nova Roman Administrators

These can normally be accessed through the location pages and are people within Nova Roma who have agreed to act as a liaison resource with the clubs There are up to four levels of contacts, continental, national, state/province and city/town. 

For those provinces without a local Nova Roman administrator listed, use the CPT email contact above instead. These administrators will normally deal with the organizers of an Egressus Club, but in the absence of a listing for a club or its organizers please use any one of the four levels listed that cover your geographic location. Use the most local of administrators to your location.

Egressus Club Organizers

There are five levels of contacts for organizers, continental, national, state/province, city/town and club. You should likewise choose the most local level of contact to your location as possible. In the event that there are no listed contacts for any of the five levels, you should instead use a Nova Roman administrator who covers your geographic location. Failing that you should then contact the CPT for an answer to any queries.
